First things first – you need a job, and we’ll help you find one. Within the first week, we help our residents get the documents they need to gain full-time employment. We then help them to get placed in a first shift position, and provide daily rides to and from work.

Our residents all live within walking distance from one another in a group of single, duplex, and multi-family homes in Lebanon, Tennessee.
